The
Honolulu Printmaking Workshop was founded in 1987 by Laura Smith and Marcia Morse, two Hawai'i printmakers. Originally housed at Honolulu
Community College, the Workshop was fortunate to find new quarters
at the Academy Art Center in 1991. The Workshop subsequently merged
with Honolulu Printmakers, providing an active community-access printmaking
studio for its members.
